基于核函數(shù)NPSSB模型的HY-2A衛(wèi)星雷達(dá)高度計(jì)海況偏差研究

摘要:
利用機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)的方法,對(duì)14個(gè)周期HY-2A衛(wèi)星高度計(jì)數(shù)據(jù):風(fēng)速、有效波高和海面高度差值進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,探究海況偏差和風(fēng)速、有效波高之間的關(guān)系,創(chuàng)建海況偏差核函數(shù)非參數(shù)模型(NPSSB),并與參數(shù)模型中具有代表性的BM3、BM4模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比。研究表明:(1)核函數(shù)NPSSB模型能夠很好的反映SSB與U、SWH之間的關(guān)系, SSB與U呈二次函數(shù)關(guān)系, SSB與SWH呈反比例函數(shù)關(guān)系;(2)核函數(shù)NPSSB模型對(duì)SSB的模擬能力與訓(xùn)練數(shù)據(jù)集相關(guān),數(shù)據(jù)量越多,模擬能力越好;(3)核函數(shù)NPSSB模型與BM3、BM4模型都存在0~-0.03 m的差值,隨著風(fēng)速和有效波高的增加,差值的絕對(duì)值越大。
Based on machine learning method, this paper investigates the relationship between sea state bias and wind speed and significant wave height by training wind speed, significant wave height and sea surface height difference observed by 14 cycles of HY-2A satellite altimeter. Meanwhile, a nonparametric kernel function model for sea state bias (NPSSB)is established and is compared with typical parametric model BM3 and BM4. The results show that the relationship between SSB and wind speed and SWH is well represented by NPSSB model. SSB shows quadratic function and inverse proportion function relationship with U and SWH, respectively.(2) The ability of NPSSB model in simulating SSB is related to the amount of training dataset. The more the data is, the better the simulation ability will be. The difference between NPSSB model and the BM3 and BM4 models is both between -0.03 m and 0, the absolute value of which increases with the increase of wind speed and SWH.
